Biking on the Rossbrand

One of the most beautiful biking tours in Filzmoos is the scenic Rossbrand Runde . With the Papagenobahn you have the opportunity to have your bike quickly transported to the mountain station.

There you start your bike tour at the Schörgi Alm , which is known for its wonderful view. This is also the last charging point for e-bikes before the summit. Then you continue west along the north side of the ridge on the forest path and after about 3.5 kilometers you reach the summit cross with the wonderful mountain panorama on the Rossbrand , where the Karhütte and the Radstädter Hütte invite you to refresh yourself.

Back at the mountain station of the Papagenobahn, you can once again enjoy the wonderful panorama on the descent and relax your legs, or you can “cycle” back to the valley via the signposted Rossbrandrunde.
